Hauke is a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law. Having also trained as a banker, he specialises in national and international banking and finance law. He has been advising lenders and borrowers on complex acquisition, project and corporate financing for almost 20 years.

A special focus of his practice is on real estate financing and financing in the field of renewable energies and infrastructure projects. In addition, Hauke is an expert in restructuring and reorganisation of financing structures.

Vestas Wind Systems on Project Agreements for the Offshore Wind Farm Baltic Eagle	Comprehensive legal advice to the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas on the negotiations of the project agreements for the German offshore wind farm Baltic Eagle (476 MW). Subject of the agreements with Spanish utility Iberdrola is the supply and installation of 50 units of the wind turbine V174-9.5MV with a rotor blade diameter of 174 meters, including service and maintenance.
Berenberg Bank on the financing of the Hungarian solar park Szügy	Comprehensive legal advice to German private bank Berenberg regarding the financing and the review of the borrower legal due diligence in connection with the development of the Hungarian solar park "Szügy" (65 MWp) of the international EPC & solar park developer Greencells Group, for which the Berenberg Green Energy Junior Debt Fund III provides junior debt financing for the construction and commissioning phase.
