Nadine is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and, as a knowledge lawyer, part of the Trademarks, Advertising & Design practice area and the Knowledge & Innovation team at Taylor Wessing. In this role, she consolidates legal expertise, prepares it in a structured manner, and makes it available to the practice group and clients in a targeted manner. A key focus of her work is the systematic analysis of current developments in national and international case law, legislation, and relevant market developments. Through this continuous monitoring, she helps to ensure that the practice group always acts in accordance with the latest legal developments and with strategic foresight.
She promotes the exchange of knowledge and supports the establishment and dissemination of best practices. In addition, she is responsible for the newsletter and external specialist information for the practice area together with colleagues from the international offices, in particular from the UK. Another focus is on legal design thinking: Nadine Bertram develops user-centered, practice-oriented solutions and promotes innovative approaches to dealing with legal content. Thanks to her many years of experience as a lawyer in international law firms, she has in-depth experience in strategic consulting in trademark, competition, and design law. She brings this expertise to bear in her role as a knowledge lawyer, with a deep understanding of the requirements of both legal practice and clients. Nadine Bertram is also a lecturer at the Münster School of Architecture, where she regularly gives lectures on copyright law. In addition, she is a member of the advisory board of the Art Law Clinic in Münster.
