Be-hive webinar: Flexible working in a post-COVID world

In this webinar we look at the way businesses continue to have to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19.

We cover how businesses can approach homeworking arrangements as they increasingly become the 'norm', including dealing with requests to work from overseas, and managing remote working health and safety obligations. We look at what has been happening in relation to those bringing staff back to the office, including how this is impacted by the recent changes announced by the government.

Our discussions then look to the future and address what businesses should be thinking about when considering bringing employees back to the office or on-site working – and how they should deal with those who refuse to return.

Finally we cover how the 'new normal' will sit alongside with legal right for employees to make flexible working requests, and how businesses should deal with requests when they arise.
