Max Millington

Max is a partner in our Banking & Finance team in the UK, specialising in leveraged finance and event-driven corporate lending. 

Max advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, borrowers and management on domestic and cross-border private debt transactions.  His expertise spans leveraged, acquisition and corporate finance products, as well as financial restructuring and special situations. 

Max is particularly recognised for his expertise in relation to private credit, including direct lending, unitranche, first-out/super-senior, junior debt (mezzanine, second lien, holdco PIK), rescue capital and ABL intercreditor arrangements.
