Emma is an associate specialising in intellectual property (IP) law and consumer regulation.
Emma has experience supporting clients in complex IP disputes, including copyright and moral rights infringement claims, trade mark pre-action and alternative dispute resolution. She has co-ordinated multijurisdictional advice projects and conducts specialist IP support for corporate transactions.
Emma has a particular focus on the digital, media and technology sectors, having worked extensively on advertising and consumer protection matters for major technology clients.
