He draws on extensive transactional and advisory experience in public takeovers, private M&A, reverse takeovers, joint ventures, leveraged transactions, full list and AIM IPOs and secondary listings, demergers, members and creditors’ schemes of arrangement, capital reductions, rights issues, B share schemes, statutory transfer schemes, company rescue restructurings, group reorganisations and corporate governance.
