Stef Geelen is an associate in our Competition, EU & Trade practice group. He advises and litigates on all aspects of competition law, public procurement, and state aid. In addition, he has extensive experience with Foreign Direct Investments and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
His practice focuses specifically on public procurement and competition law. Stef has been involved in complex, cross-border procurement procedures and is active in civil competition cases. He is also regularly part of teams handling merger control proceedings, FDI-notifications, and notifications under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation.
