Dirk provides advice on compliance and corporate law. He acts in complex corporate disputes and post-M&A disputes before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
He develops and optimizes compliance management systems, provides support in compliance due diligence procedures and is frequently on site at companies to train employees in compliant conduct. In addition, he has experience in internal investigations as well as in the prosecution and defence of directors' and officers' liability claims.
