Wilhelm advises clients on corporate litigation and corporate compliance. As a member of the Disputes & Investigations practice area, his work includes pre- and post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes in partnerships and corporations as well as directors‘ and officers’ liability proceedings. He supports clients both in and out of court (corporate law) disputes.

Wilhelm also advises companies in the area of corporate compliance. This includes the implementation of holistic compliance management systems and advice on specific compliance areas (e.g. money laundering and corruption prevention), as well as the investigation of compliance incidents and the prosecution of any resulting liability. After several years of professional experience, he joined Taylor Wessing in 2022 and works at the firm's Hamburg office.
