Moritz advises on corporate financing and other syndicated loans of various types, including borrowing base and Lombard financing. A particular focus of his practice and expertise is advising on judicial and extrajudicial restructurings and other complex distressed scenarios.

He advises German and international corporations, banks, alternative financiers and investors in their various roles. He always takes a pragmatic approach that focuses on the commercial interests of his clients while also showing an understanding for the interests of the other stakeholders, in order to develop and implement consensual solutions in the best interests of his clients.
