Inès is a counsel in the IP/IT department in Paris. Her expertise covers intellectual property law and new technology law, in which she acts both as counsel and as litigator. Inès has a strong savoir-faire in copyright, trademark, design, domain name, unfair competition and commercial related issues in all sectors of activities, with a focus on the tech and digital environment. She has also acquired a competence in the field of architecture and fashion laws.
Based on a “sector approach”, she provides daily assistance to the clients on various topics including intellectual property related issues as well as other numerous issues related notably to defamation, personality rights, data protection, information technology, consumer law, advertising law, Evin law, etc. Inès is also involved in litigation in these fields.
Inès also assists clients in defining a strategy to protect their intellectual property assets and beyond brand management, she is also active in negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts.
