Pauline is a legal counsel in the Intellectual Property team in Paris. She has a strong technical expertise in all trade marks pre-litigation matters.

She advises clients on rights acquisition strategies (through clearance searches) in France and in the European Union. She also deals with management and protection of trade marks portfolios through administrative proceedings (filings, responses to Official actions, oppositions, etc.) and coordinates these proceedings on a worldwide scale with local agents.
