Pauline is a legal counsel in the IP/IT team in Paris.
She has a strong technical expertise in industrial property matters (trade marks, designs) and domain names.
She advises French and international clients in the acquisition (clearance searches, filing strategies and procedures, official refusals, registration follow up) and defense (oppositions, cancellation and revocation actions, coexistence agreements, etc.) of their industrial property assets, in France and the European Union.
She also manages trade marks portfolios and coordinates related proceedings on a worldwide scale
