Pauline is a legal counsel in the Intellectual property team in Paris.

She has a strong technical expertise in soft industrial property matters (trade marks, designs) and domain names.

She advises French and international clients on protection (filing strategies and clearance searches), acquisition (filing procedures, official refusals, registration follow up) and defense (oppositions, cancellation and revocation actions, coexistence agreements, etc.) of industrial property assets, in France and the European Union.

She also provides portfolios management and coordinates related proceedings on a worldwide scale.
