Advising Secret Escapes on the sale of Slevomat

We have advised luxury travel brand and longstanding client Secret Escapes on its sale of Slevomat to Genesis Capital.

Secret Escapes has sold its Czech based business, operating under the Slevomat brand, to Prague-based private equity investor Genesis Capital. Slevomat is an online platform for travel and leisure experiences and one of the most successful eCommerce companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Genesis Capital is a private equity house targeting investments for growth and development across a diverse range of sectors in Central Europe.

Founded in the UK in 2010, the members-only online leader in luxury travel Secret Escapes offers heavily discounted hotels and travel packages across the world. 

The deal marks the latest in a series of cross-border M&A transactions on which we have advised the Secret Escapes Group, backed by leading investors Temasek, Eurazeo and Chrysalis. This engagement further demonstrates our expertise in advising digital platform businesses. We are proud to have supported Secret Escapes for over a decade.
