Berlin-based n8n, one of Europe’s leading providers of AI-powered process automation, has raised USD 180 million in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Accel, with Meritech, Redpoint, Evantic and Visionaries Club, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm) and T.Capital also joining the round, and existing backers including Felicis Ventures, Sequoia, Highland Europe and HV Capital participating. A Taylor Wessing team, led by Berlin partner and VC growth expert Dr Norman Röchert, provided comprehensive legal advice to Accel and Meritech on all aspects of the transaction.
Since its founding in 2019, n8n has evolved from a workflow automation tool into a platform for AI orchestration and cross-team collaboration. Designed for orchestration and coordination, n8n connects agents to tools, data, and people in one platform, enabling AI, code, and humans to work together in production.
