Taylor Wessing advises the shareholders of Peter Park System GmbH on growth investment by Great Hill Partners

Led by Munich-based partner Dr Elisabeth Schalk, Taylor Wessing has provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of Peter Park System GmbH, a leading provider of digital parking solutions, on the growth investment by private equity firm Great Hill Partners.

Great Hill's investment is intended to accelerate the expansion of Peter Park's sales activities and technology, strengthen the company's market presence and further drive its ambitious growth strategy. As part of the investment, the family office of the ARBAnova Family Foundation will take an additional minority stake. Maximilian Schlereth, founder and CEO of Peter Park, and the founding team - Patrick Bartler (COO), Stefan Schenk (CCO) and Christoph Heinle (CTO) - will continue to lead the company and remain shareholders. Great Hill's investment brings Peter Park's total growth capital to over 100 million euros.
