After Taylor Wessing had already advised the Frankfurt-based SF Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG in November 2021 in the context of a Series D financing round of the Dresden-based hydrogen start-up Sunfire, the international law firm, led by Hamburg-based partner Dr Jens Wolf, advised one of the existing shareholders on a further capital raising of the high-tech company.
Sunfire, a global leader in the development and production of industrial electrolysers, closed its latest financing round with a total of 195 million euros. With Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and Blue Earth Capital, the electrolysis company gains two well-known investors. At the same time, Sunfire concludes a framework agreement with CIP for its alkali electrolysers.
