Taylor Wessing, led by Munich partner Peter Hellich, has advised FTAPI Software GmbH on a growth financing round by Digital+ Partners. Digital+ Partners' investment of €15 million may be increased by a further €6 million in a second tranche and will serve to strengthen the company's dynamic growth.
