China In & Out

With our new video series "China In & Out" we provide new perspectives on what doing business in and with China will look like today and in the future.

The economic rise of the People's Republic since the country opened up and joined the WTO has been unprecedented. Foreign investment and trade have grown rapidly over the past 40 years. Although recent years have often been dominated by issues such as de-coupling, trade disputes, and localization, trade with China continues to increase, even reaching new record levels for some countries (e.g., U.S.-China trade volume in 2022).

Doing business in and with China is changing significantly right now. In "China In & Out", our colleague Kai Kim from Taylor Wessing's Shanghai office, together with other experts, discusses hot topics and explains the dynamic business environment.
