The 2017 FIDIC Suite

On 5 and 6 December 2017 in London the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (commonly known as FIDIC) launched its long-awaited 2017 FIDIC Second Edition of its Red, Yellow and Silver Books (“2017 FIDIC Suite”). The international Taylor Wessing construction group prepared an overview of the most important changes to the 2017 FIDIC Suite combined with comments and insights deriving from our longstanding experience in advising on FIDIC based projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
