Nathan Jolaoso

Nathan is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice group who advises on a variety of real estate finance, development finance and venture debt finance, representing UK and international banks, debt funds, financial institutions, loan servicers and a mixture of real estate and tech borrowers.

Nathan works on real estate transactions with cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams in a range of sectors including logistics, self-storage, hotels and residential. In the venture debt space, Nathan has experience working with early-stage technology-focused borrowers taking on debt to facilitate the growth of their business.
