Seán is a senior associate in the Disputes and Investigations team in Dublin.

Seán has significant experience advising clients on intricate business disputes. Seán has in-depth knowledge of commercial disputes including shareholder and contract disagreements, fraud and asset recovery, property disputes and defamation. Seán advises a wide range of clients from start-ups to international PLCs, working with founders, family-run business owners and entrepreneurs.

Seán’s expertise spans a range of industries, regularly advising clients across the fintech, life sciences, private wealth, agri-business and real estate sectors.
