Elizabeth is a Partner in the Disputes & Investigations Team. She specialises in international arbitration, including both investor-state arbitration and commercial arbitration.
She advises on disputes across a wide range of industries including energy, telecommunications, financial services, construction and infrastructure. She has been involved in numerous arbitrations governed by the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, as well as ad hoc arbitrations. Elizabeth also advises on the structuring of investments to obtain maximum treaty protection, allowing investors to take advantage of the available protection before a dispute arises.
Elizabeth is active in the arbitration community and sits on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' London Branch Committee as a representative of the Young Members Group.
