Shoshana is a senior associate and a member of the Real Estate & Construction Group. She specializes in and practices civil construction law, with a strong focus on the development of building projects and real estate sale and purchase transactions.
Shoshana has been working in the project development and construction sector since 2001. She specializes in civil construction law, both (traditional, complex integrated and turnkey) contracting and dispute resolution based on inter alia DNR 2011, UAV 2012 and UAV-GC 2005. She advises on development of large-scale residential and non-residential building projects, acting primarily for construction firms, developers, investors and the larger housing corporations.
