Klara is Senior Associate in the practice area Employment, Pensions & Mobility and advises national and international companies on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law.

Her practice focuses on drafting employment and service contracts, dealing with low performance and employee training, supporting separation processes, and advising on restructuring and operational changes.
