Annika is a member of the Employment, Pensions and Mobility Practice Area. She advises German and international companies as well as executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Her practice includes employment law advice in complex and cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings, as well as advising clients on employment law aspects in restructurings and reorganizations involving employee representatives.
In addition, Annika's practice focuses on drafting employment contracts and advising on the formation and termination of employment relationships.
