Jelena is a member of the practice area Trademarks, Advertising and Design. Her area of practice extends to legal questions of trademark, competition and copyright law, where she advises German and international clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and on objections and opposition proceedings before the DPMA and EUIPO.
