Thekla Hetfleisch
Thekla is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Area. She advises German and international banks, financial institutions and private equity investors and corporations on complex national and cross-border finance transactions.
A focus of her practice is on corporate and acquisition financing transactions. Thekla also advises on other forms of financing, for example on fund finance transactions. She advises lenders and borrowers on all transaction related aspects of financing.
