Taylor Wessing has advised a syndicate of international banks as lenders in connection with a EUR 600,000,000 OeKB investment facility agreement for Wienerberger AG for purposes of refinancing the acquisition of Terreal Group and Creaton Group.
This was the largest OeKB financing ever taken out by Wienerberger AG for the largest acquisition in the company's history (see further: wienerberger sichert sich attraktive langfristige Finanzierung bis 2033).
The banks were advised by a team from Taylor Wessing Vienna led by Counsel Carmen Redmann-Wippel with support of partner Claudia Steegmüller and associate Cezary Kinski.
Wienerberger AG was advised by a team led by partners Markus Benes and Christian Jöllinger from the Austrian law firm E+H.
