Taylor Wessing has advised Lumivero, a leading US-based software solutions provider, on its acquisition of the Berlin-based Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) company ATLAS.ti. The transaction, led by German partner Dr. Amir-Said Ghassabeh, included comprehensive legal counsel for Lumivero, while Deloitte & Touche LLP provided tax and financial advisory services.
Through this acquisition, Lumivero significantly expands its portfolio of QDA software. This move enhances Lumivero's offerings, providing customers with a broader range of integrated solutions and further solidifying its position as a leading QDA software provider.
