Taylor Wessing advises sell side on Ettlinger-Group sale to Dover Corporation

New York Stock Exchange listed Dover Corporation acquires Ettlinger Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH and its affiliated entities in Germany and in the US. Ettlinger will become part of Dover’s Swiss business unit Maag Pump & Filtration Systems. Taylor Wessing has been advising the owners as seller in this transaction. Ettlinger manufactures and distributes filtering solutions for the plastics industry and plastics recycling industry as well as injection molding machinery. With its global headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA, and 29,000 employees worldwide, Dover generates sales of 7 billion US-Dollar. The parties agreed not to reveal the purchase price. The transaction is closed.
