Steph is a senior associate in the Corporate Real Estate and Private Capital team and advises on corporate transactions primarily involving real estate assets, including within the office and logistics sector and the operational space such as hotels.
Steph has experience advising a wide range of investors on multi-jurisdictional transactions, including on cross border acquisitions/disposals of real estate holding structures, restructurings and joint venture arrangements.
