Marie specialises in trademarks, copyright and design rights law, advertising and media law and patents. Marie has considerable experience in litigation and IP contracting, including licence agreements, R&D agreements and confidentiality agreements. She also has experience in insolvency proceedings and gives her clients pragmatic advice to protect their interests.
