She has wide experience in the regulation of financial services, including advising on the UK regulatory perimeter, AIFMD, FCA change in control requirements, fintech, consumer credit and mortgages.
She supports a broad range of clients including payment services firms, cryptoasset firms, asset managers, investment banks and private banks.
She also has experience engaging with UK regulatory authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Competition and Markets Authority.
