Dale advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of real estate finance transactions and structures. He has extensive experience advising investors, sponsors, banks, housing providers and funds on financing transactions for investment in and development of real estate assets.
Dale regularly advises on the financing of developments and investments in private rented sector assets, affordable housing, hotels, serviced apartments and commercial property.

The transaction was structured in accordance with shariah principles to allow for shariah compliant investment to be made.
