Anna-Mariya has experience advising developers and banks on a range of planning and environmental law matters on a number of development and infrastructure projects. Her experience includes advising on the planning aspects of real estate and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating planning agreements, and advising on enforcement and lawful development matters. She also advises high net worth individuals on planning matters in relation to their personal property, including acquisitions and permitted development rights.
