Amy is an associate in the Banking & Finance group. She has experience advising on a broad range of transactions including leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance and distressed debt and restructuring.
Amy has acted for a range of borrowers, international banks, private equity and investment funds and agents. Her practice focuses on corporate borrowers in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
In addition to traditional leveraged and acquisition finance, she has advised on structured finance and derivatives, receivables financing, project financing and equity margining.
Advised a client on the bespoke debt restructuring of its multi-jurisdictional group including traditional secured and unsecured loans, notes issuances, convertible loan notes and receivables financings owed to 15 lender entities.
Advised a leading global asset manager as borrower on its entry into a $20 million equity margin facility.
Advised K2 on its borrowing facilities as part of a sale of the group from Inflexion's Partnership Capital fund to its Buyout Fund VI.
