FIDA: Getting started In the world of Open Finance

With the FIDA regulation (Financial Data Access), the EU is enabling a comprehensive, yet protected exchange of financial data. What PSD2 has already introduced for payment data will also be possible for financial data in the future. Open Banking and Open Insurance become Open Finance. The aim is to boost innovation and develop new data-based financial and insurance services. The legal framework must be observed and technical solutions for data exchange must be found.

In the webinar on 16 April 2024, we want to bring law and IT together. The experts from Taylor Wessing, Dr. Verena Ritter-Döring and Charlotte Dreisgacker-Sartor, will show which legal framework conditions apply to FIDA. Dr. David Vazquez Cortizo and Oleksandr Rudyak from apinity will explain how FIDA can be brought to life in practice using APIs.
