Alexander Swayne

Alexander is a senior associate specialising in banking and finance.

Alex advises clients across a broad spectrum of finance transactions, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed mergers and acquisitions, leverage finance and general corporate lending. He has developed considerable experience acting on complex, cross-border transactions across a variety of sectors, and his practice also encompasses asset-based lending, fund finance and trade finance. Alexander regularly acts for corporate groups, sponsor-backed borrowers and financial institutions on both domestic and cross-border transactions and is experienced in advising at all stages of the deal process, from structuring through to execution.
