Peter Malovec

Peter heads the real estate team in our Bratislava office. He distinguishes himself by having 20 years of experience in real estate transactions and real estate law. For more than a decade he held leading positions within an internationally known, pan-European real estate developer. Whilst focusing on leading and negotiating M&A transactions and managing various local and cross-border real estate projects (including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and cross-border transactions), national and international clients can rely on his support in any kind of real estate-related matters.

Peter also brings with him substantial know-how in banking & finance law (including real estate finance, project finance and corporate finance) and will advise within environmental, planning & regulatory aspects.
