Jonathan specialises in advising clients on IT law, copyright law, and media law. His practice focuses on representing companies in disputes, both in court and out-of-court in the technology sector, in particular, in the context of disputes relating to software and failed IT projects.
In addition, Jonathan focuses on advising companies in the drafting and the negotiation of complex IT contracts and licencing agreements. He primarily advises national and international companies from the technology and media industry, as well as in the life sciences sector. Jonathan is an associate lecturer for copyright law and media law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
