Roland is an IP specialist, representing national and international companies in patent infringement proceedings and coordinating cross-border litigation. In collaboration with patent attorneys and corporate patent departments, he advises on patent nullity, opposition and utility model cancellation proceedings.
He has gained his technical experience by working for companies in various industrial sectors, namely in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and optoelectronics, semiconductor technology, medical technology, chemistry as well as in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. In addition, he manages competition law proceedings with a technical element.
