Sophie is a member of the Patents, Technology & Life Sciences practice area. She advises national and international companies on patent law in cross-border disputes.
She assists companies in resolving patent disputes and, in particular, in conducting patent infringement proceedings in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Sophie studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. During her legal training, she gained practical experience in the life sciences sector and deepened her expertise at the interface of technology, healthcare and law.
Sophie is currently working as a fully qualified lawyer in Germany; her admission to the bar is still pending.
