Frederick is a lawyer for corporate law and an expert in transaction management: Whether in the context of company acquisitions or restructurings, transformations or joint ventures, national, cross-border or international projects, his years of experience for renowned clients in numerous industries have made him an accomplished adviser.
His practice is correspondingly extensive: It comprises advising on either buyside or sellside in self-financed as well as debt-based transactions with the participation of strategic investors, but also financial investors including private equity and venture capital.
