Law at Work - March 2018

Welcome to this month's edition of Law at Work, in which we explain the changes to tax on termination payments where the employment ends on or after 6 April 2018 (how good is your maths?).

Our second feature article is on lessons for employers from a recent case, in which the supermarket chain Morrisons was held liable for a data breach deliberately caused by a disgruntled employee, despite having taken appropriate steps at the time of the breach to limit the damage.

Until next month, you can get in touch with comments, questions or requests for future content by email or follow us on Twitter.
