Will is an immigration associate in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility group and advises companies and individuals on a wide range of corporate and personal immigration law, including Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility applications, sponsor licence applications, family visas and Global Talent.
Will also has experience in advising companies on immigration compliance and preventing illegal working, and in assisting individuals and families with applications for indefinite leave to remain in the UK and British citizenship.
