Fabio is a dual qualified solicitor (England & Wales and Italy). He specialises in trade mark and designs issues, including clearance searches, global filing strategies, portfolio management, trade mark and domain disputes.
Fabio regularly advises clients on worldwide portfolio strategy and brand protection. He has particular experience working with clients in the air transport, mobility and hospitality sectors, as well as financial services and luxury goods.
