Luna specialises in technology corporate finance transactions and investment funds structuring, formation and capital raising.
Luna’s experience spans the full lifecycle of venture capital fundraising, including seed rounds, pre-series A bridge financing, and series A through C rounds. She assists clients in structuring investments from early seed stages through to private acquisitions and exits.
She also advises clients on venture capital fund formation matters, with a strong emphasis on navigating the regulatory frameworks of the DIFC and ADGM.
Luna advises clients utilizing technologies such as fintech, crypto assets, blockchain, and distributed ledger technology on regulatory compliance. She has acted on leading transactions in Egypt in relation to securing operational permits for payment service aggregators, prepaid card issuers, crowdfunding platforms, and digital wallets.
