Diarmuid provides advice to both individual and corporate clients facing a wide variety of contentious challenges, including shareholder disputes, reputation preservation, fraud, and asset recovery.
On the contentious side, Diarmuid has previous experience in financial services enforcement proceedings, defamation proceedings, intellectual property disputes, and regulatory investigations.
On the advisory side, Diarmuid has previously guided large multinationals through the customs importation system in Ireland, asserting their rights when infringements of their intellectual property arose and liaising extensively with state agencies to ensure the most effective and efficient protection of those rights.
