Dieter is the Head of our TMC and Co-Head of our Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors in CEE. He's also co-head of our intellectual property and IT groups in the region, and of our firm-wide Italy group. Dieter is a recognised litigator and arbitrator in CEE, and also specialises in commercial work, such as cooperation and outsourcing agreements
Dieter became a partner in 1986. He is recognised as a top IP and IT lawyer, especially for his work with Italian clients and international clients with business interests in Italy. Dieter works across the technology, media & communications, healthcare & life sciences, and consumer & retail sectors, amongst others. In 2001, Dieter co-authored the Product Piracy Act (NWV). Earlier in his career, Dieter was a lecturer in corporate law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business for over a decade.
