Gert Schaub, founder of Fleetpool GmbH, has entered the FAAREN Group GmbH ("FAAREN") as an investor and will support the software provider for subscription solutions in the vehicle sector as a strategic consultant and board advisor in the future. A Taylor Wessing team led by partners Daniel Schrembs and Gregor Schmid advised FAAREN on all legal issues in connection with the financing round.
Gert Schaub is regarded as a pioneer in the car subscription industry, having founded and successfully established this business model as an independent market segment with his company Fleetpool in 2008.
